Order Processing:

  • Immediate Action: We value your time and eagerness to train in our gear. That's why we process all orders immediately upon receipt. 7 days a week.
  • Global Reach, Local Touch: Depending on your location and our stock availability, we dispatch orders from the nearest of our three warehouses:
    • Global Orders: Dispatched from our China warehouse.
    • Orders within Germany: Sent from our local German stock.
    • Southeast Asia Orders: Fulfilled from our Thai warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • 30-Day Window: Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
  • Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Easy Process: To initiate a return or exchange, simply send the item back to the nearest warehouse (China, Germany, or Thailand).

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the dispatching warehouse. We strive to get your gear to you as fast as possible, but please allow for standard shipping times. The exact estimate will be calculated during checkout. For international orders the standard shipping time is usually in the 7 - 14 days range.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Packaging: We use minimalisitc eco-friendly packaging to ensure a minimal environmental impact.
