At Rash Guardians, we're not just about delivering high-quality rashguards; we're about ensuring a seamless journey from our warehouse to your training ground. Here's how we make sure your gear gets to you swiftly and efficiently:

Order Processing:

  • Immediate Action: We value your time and eagerness to train in our gear. That's why we process all orders immediately upon receipt. 7 days a week.
  • Global Reach, Local Touch: Depending on your location and our stock availability, we dispatch orders from the nearest warehouse:
    • Global Orders: Dispatched from our China warehouse.
    • Southeast Asia Orders: Fulfilled from our Thai warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

  • Global Shipping: We ship to most destinations in the world. If your country is not listed in the list of countries at checkout, please contact us and we will make a custom shipping price for you. rashguardians@gmail.com
    Please note that some countries may require you to pay a customs fee.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • 30-Day Window: Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
  • Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Easy Process: To initiate a return or exchange, simply send the item back to the nearest warehouse (China, Germany, or Thailand).

Additional Information:

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your rashguard's journey to your doorstep.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the dispatching warehouse. We strive to get your gear to you as fast as possible, but please allow for standard shipping times. The exact estimate will be calculated during checkout. For international orders the standard shipping time is usually in the 5 - 15 days range.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Packaging: We use minimalisitc eco-friendly packaging to ensure a minimal environmental impact.
  • Special Requests: If you have any special shipping requests or need expedited delivery, please mention this in your order notes or contact us directly.
  • Shipping Delays: We process your orders as fast as we can and hand it over to the courier usually within 24h of a working day. The shipping duration estimates are based on what the courier estimated but are not guaranteed.
